From start to finish First Class was First Class in terms of prompt replies, scheduling and servicing. I wish I had contacted them sooner for the work on my roof.
The builders used the wrong vents which were leaking during heavy rain. Their tech was able to accurately identify the problem and the job was done shortly after assessment. Would use them again when my roof needs replacing.

During a hail storm our skylight leaked. We’ve lived in this house since it was built 12 years ago and this is the first problem we have had with the roof. Our insurance company declined to cover the repairs since their roofing company determined our leak was a result of faulty installation by the company that built the house.
We contacted First Class Roofing and they came the next day to inspect and estimate. Their diagnosis was the same as our insurance company’s contractor’s.
They provided a quote and sent a team to do the work. They were very thorough and communicated well through the entire process. They repaired the skylight and took care of a couple of other maintenance tasks (eaves troughs). Complete clean-up after they were done. I have every confidence the job was done right. Cost was very reasonable.After that work was completed, we had another hail storm, which damaged our roof.
First Class Roofing and Renovations replaced our Okotoks home’s hail-damaged asphalt shingle roof and eaves/downspouts in September, 2023.They were very professional in evaluating our roof for damage, providing a detailed estimate, including overhead (drone) photos. Communications are important and they were quick to respond in detail to our emails. There was virtually no delay between the time our insurance approved our claim and the when they began work on our house.
The cost of the work was very reasonable and it was good to know that they are a local business.
The quality of the materials and the workmanship of the crew are top-notch. They showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up nightly and did a thorough final clean-up upon completion.

The initial assessment was done by both Darren and Jordan, and they were both fast, efficient and friendly and yet extremely thorough! I was very impressed and that’s why I chose them. Darren ultimately saw the whole thing through over the course of a year (the joys of insurance companies) and was amazing! He took care of everything, made sure work kept on schedule, kept my wife and I in the loop, provided good info for every round of supplemental claim quickly and efficiently and was always friendly and professional!
