The guys that came out to our house were so nice, they were very friendly and they even used my, very anxious, dogs name to try and help him get used to them. Colin made time to come to our house when our hot water tank went. He was very professional, knowledgeable, answered my many, many questions and went out of his way to locate a 75 gallon tank for us. He came the next day and installed it, took our old tanks away and educated me on the features and maintenance of our new tank. Thanks to him we were only without hot water for 24 hours. I would highly recommend him and I don’t plan on ever using any other company. He’s the best!
