Recently had AC unit installed and from start to finish it was a very easy and positive experience. Starting with Kerry who did the quote and made himself available to be on site the day of the install, the installers (Eric and Kieran) were very professional and respectful to work with and did excellent work. Our furnace was not working well and it was 13 degrees inside the house. I called the Habberjam and asked for their help. At first, Kerry came over and assessed the situation. We initially thought it’s because of the condensation that is happening inside the furnace and we thought it was fixed but the furnace stopped working again. I called Kerry and told me that someone from his company will come over to check it again. After a few hours, Konner came over and checked the furnace. He cleaned the flame sensor and did some things on the furnace and everything went well again with it. Now, we’re not suffering from cold and they brought back the needed heat in our home. Both of them are knowledgeable, professional and responds immediately. They even messaged me the following day to make sure everything is right. Thanks for your help and great service. 5 stars for these guys.
