Our driveway pad had sunken after being newly built in 2018 and it a tripping hazard to the sidewalk to the house. We contacted a few companies and On The Level Concrete Correction was the best price for what we needed done.
We were very impressed with a detailed quote and the professionalism in their communication. Deb was very helpful in answering our questions and reassuring us of our concerns. They also provided us some tips on after care so that we could preserve our concrete better.

Of the three places I got estimates they gave me a reasonable quote for the work involved.
Grant came out that morning, looked at my property and sent me a detailed report within a couple hours. The report had pictures and was specific to my property. I was already impressed. I did not need to leave work and hold his hand as other companies required me to do. The crew that came out was professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. It’s been nine months since the work was completed and I noticed one of my 3 driveway pads had sunk in a bit over the winter. They had no problem honouring their warranty and came out as soon as the frost was gone from the ground. Quality work , reasonable prices , and honest people .
