Bill and his team of very skilled subs did a major bathroom reno following a flood from our upstairs neighbours. Bill is extremely responsive and has very high professional standards, using only the most capable sub-trades and builders. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck of having a new-ish project lead who had a very cavalier attitude toward protecting new pieces and completing the work before disappearing for any excuse he could make up (apart from his proclivity to push his religion on other trades, which was frankly embarrassing)… but Bill fired that one for good reason.
Through many delays of supplies and trades, Bill kept us updated, responded to phone calls and questions sensibly and clearly, and took our concerns seriously.
I would hire Bill again to do a project of any size, from a quick redo of a rental powder room to an entire house build. Very skilled, very knowledgeable and very, very professional.

We recently used Bill Petrakis and Petra Contracting for a main floor/kitchen renovation in North Vancouver. He was very easy to get along with, easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to a couple of small additional projects we decided to do along the way. He made sure we ordered materials when they needed, to keep us on schedule, and the project moving.
We were very impressed with the tradespeople that Bill used. They had suggestions that I had not even thought of that made the project look even better. They were all very professional and Bill would always make sure it was done right and would check each trade like it was his own home.
The best part of working with Bill is that they completely stayed on budget!
I would definitely use Petra Contracting again for any future projects and I have already referred his name on to multiple family members and friends.
