Noah Dodds, the owner and founder of Con-Tile Industries, started in the construction industry at just 18 years old. He had grown up with a hard work ethic and enjoyed the rewards that came with it. As it turns out, he had a natural skill working with concrete.

Noah has a Journeyman Concrete Finisher ticket and a Red Seal endorsement for the trade. His extensive training in the field, combined with hands-on experience, jumpstarted a rewarding career in the concrete industry. After seven years of professional experience, he established Con-Tile Industries.

“I started the company because I was tired of working for major companies and having the concrete quality take second place or worse. It was always just good enough. There was no finesse,” said Noah.
