Homes by Managen Ltd. is a family business that began in 1987 when husband and wife Paul and Gail Kehler partnered with Journeyman Carpenter Pat McKenna. Together, these three created a successful business that has grown through a commitment to work efficiency and a keen attention to detail. Now, 35 years later, Homes by Managen Ltd. remains a family business, although it continues to feel the deep sorrow of the loss of Paul Kehler in early 2023. Despite this significant loss, the company continues to thrive as a custom-home contractor under the guidance of Troy Beattie, Paul’s and Gail’s nephew, and Pat McKenna. Pat continues to use his experience and expertise as a carpenter to oversee the construction process on all projects and schedule and manage all trades involved. Troy heads up sales and marketing, project estimations, and project coordination. With so many years of experience behind them, Homes by Managen remains dedicated to unique custom home-building services that set their homes apart.
