Further, he scheduled the furnace repair for the next morning AND got us a $1,000 rebate from Enbridge. Installation started on time the next morning and went exceptionally smoothly. The installation team was great, clean, and very polite. It took about 4 hours and they cleaned up the furnace room. All the charges were exactly as estimated by the technician.
