The team at DR Heat and Air are amazing! We had a scare with our CO alarm during a cold snap and the Dan’s were able to help us out same day. They inspected the furnace identified the issue and ordered the parts needed for the repair. They even dealt with the warranty side of this.
On top of this they provided us with some space heaters to keep some warmth flowing through the house. When they came to do the repair they were extremely professional making sure the repair was done right and tested all the systems. They even brought in their own mats to make sure to keep the house clean.
After the repair they took the time to educate us on all the workings and easy maintenance we can do to keep our furnace running for many years to come. I know if we ever need any furnace work or other HVAC work DR Heat & Air will be our go to. Amazing service and fair pricing. Happy to support a local family business that does things right.

We just had Dan here to look at our 5 year old furnace after the company that installed it informed us that it would be cheaper to replace than to find the problem. Dan came in found the problem and fixed it for much much cheaper than replacing it. I’m so grateful. This will be the only company we will EVER call from now on. Thank you so much Dan!

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand-new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn’t give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn’t even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That’s integrity. I know where we’ll buy our next furnace
