I had the pleasure of speaking with Dave regarding an incredibly demanding request. Despite living in the Netherlands, I needed my vanities replaced within a mere two days in my North York condo. All communication was conducted remotely, yet Dave and his team demonstrated remarkable flexibility and reasonableness. The workers that were sent to my location were punctual, efficient, and did a phenomenal job. Words cannot express how ecstatic I am to witness firsthand that good, honest workmanship still thrives in this day and age.
Dennis renovated my bathrooms a few years ago and there was no question about who I contacted when it was time for a new kitchen. He and his team did it again! I am beyond pleased with the kitchen and the reno itself. It was on-time, and as promised. Site Manager Siamak answered all of my questions right away. He often went above and beyond in taking care of little things that I might not have thought needed doing. All finishes were perfect and all tradespeople were very friendly and accommodating. I recommend Dennis and his team 100% and, as I told Dennis, I will be contacting him again in a few years when it’s time to do my basement. FIVE STARS *****
Perry and his team did a great job finishing part of our basement. They framed and installed drywall to finish the ceiling, installed flooring, framed a window, and painted the whole room. It looks great! Right from our first contact with Ronald to working with William and his team, and finishing off with Ali and Danny. All the workers are skilled, experienced, and dedicated. They were also very friendly and respectful. Communication was always very clear, either in person, by phone, or email. The work progress and invoices were conveniently shared with us on the Buildertrend website. Thank you to Perry and his team. We are very happy with our finished basement.
