After working for others and learning more about the roofing and siding trades, he found that his standards were higher than those of other exterior renovation companies. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have done many renovations and new builds in my life, and I can honestly say I have never worked with a more professional and competent company than Exterior Outfitters. Jamie and Jason gave me a new roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts. This work took just under two months from our initial meeting to the last downspout being attached. And, through that time, they answered every phone call and email the same day. They sent crews of workers who were incredibly skilled, conscientious, and considerate. The workmanship was amazing, and every single crew left my property cleaner than when they arrived. After shopping around, I found Exterior Outfitters offered a better than fair price too. I highly recommend this company.

We had our roof, siding and gutter/downspouts replaced on our house and garage due to the hail storm. The contractor sent Jamie from Exterior Outfitters to handle the claim. Initially we were not happy with the insurance company and what little they were willing to do with 25 year old siding and 12 yr plus roof. That all changed once Jamie took over and showed the actual damage. We had all the siding replaced as well as the roof and gutter/downspouts. All the crews did great work and were friendly. We had some specific areas we wanted changed and they were more than accommodating. We are happy with the work and the look of our home. Thank you to the roofers, siders, and gutter crews. They came out to fix the massive hail damage I had on my townhouse this past fall. They kept in communication as to when they will start the job, place the garbage bin etc. They were very professional and cleaned up every night and at the end of the job. I reached out to Exterior Outfitters for an estimate to replace all my siding, roof, and eavestroughs, all of which were damaged in a hail storm in 2021. Jason came out to have a good look at the damage, and ended up coming back a second time to confirm a few things before giving me their quote.
Among the 3 other estimates I received, I found this outfit to be most competitive, but also very professional and responsive, which I appreciated given the large dollars at play (and at risk, in my mind). My wife and I wanted to change the color and maybe the type of siding on our house but couldn’t decide on what. Jamie was very patient, extremely helpful and communicative, providing me with numerous estimates for different possible options. He came out with samples and gave his input which helped put our mind’s at ease. Throughout the process, we ended up exchanging over 80 emails and I never once felt any concerns with the direction we were going. When work was ready to begin, Jamie provided frequent updates, and their workers showed up on time, taking only as long as the job should have. There was some minor damage to a screen window and my AC cover during the process, but they replaced both within 24 hours of it happening – no qualms or arguing, which was a refreshing experience.
At the end of the day, and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled to have a completely renovated exterior. The final bill matched the estimate – no hidden charges. I’ve done a pretty thorough inspection of the finished job and can’t find a single indication of “shortcuts” or sloppy work whatsoever (even under the huge deck, where I would almost expect to find something).TLDR: 100% recommend these guys. Fantastic work at a great value. They’ll be my first call if the house needs anything else down the road.
