Last week, I used the website to book an appointment for troubleshoot and repair service because I lost power to the garage. There was some miscommunication with the online booking and the receptionist, both of which I found unreliable, and I ended up taking time off work to be home, but nobody showed up. After a call back to the office, I thought Ryan handled the situation professionally and calmly.
The day after, Daniel came by to do a free quote and I found him polite, professional and punctual. He was helpful and corrected a small double-tapping issue with the breaker quickly and free of charge. The quote for further work was also received promptly as promised.
